SERVPRO Team Wall, recognized for excellence, seeks an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead the Construction Division across Hunt Valley, MD and Harrisburg, PA. The role focuses on operational leadership, process improvements, and delivering high-quality restoration and reconstruction services.

Collaborate with Construction Project Managers, Estimating, Mitigation, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive safe, efficient project delivery that meets Team Wall standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Client Satisfaction: Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Division Management: Oversee all operations within the construction division for both Hunt Valley and Harrisburg West; track and manage the volume of ongoing and upcoming work; ensure operations stay within budget; support subcontractor evaluation.
• Operations Management: Manage daily operations of Construction Teams; assign leads/projects to Construction Project Managers and Team members; assist budgeting and bidding.
• Communication Management: Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings; coordinate with Mitigation and Estimating teams to optimize workflows.
• Team Management: Manage Construction Project Managers; support training; schedule 1-on-1s; complete performance reviews.
• General: Be familiar with all roles/responsibilities of construction team members.

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our Construction Division across our Hunt Valley, MD and Harrisburg, PA offices. This key leadership role will oversee daily construction operations, drive process improvements, and ensure our teams consistently deliver high-quality restoration and reconstruction services.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with construction management experience who can build effective teams, improve efficiencies, manage project performance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will work closely with Construction Project Managers, Estimating, Mitigation, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Team Wall standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer and Client Satisfaction
  • Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Division Management
  • Oversee all operations within the construction division for both Hunt Valley and Harrisburg West.
  • Track and manage the volume of ongoing and upcoming work.
  • Ensure operations are conducted within the departmental budget set by executive leadership.
  • Support the process of identifying and evaluating potential subcontractors.
• Operations Management
  • Manage daily operations of the Construction Teams ensuring compliance with set cycle times.
  • Assign leads/projects to Construction Project Managers and Construction Team members.
  • Perform tasks within the project management process to assist the Construction Team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.).
  • Assist Construction Project Managers with budgeting and bidding.
• Communication Management
  • Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with the Construction Team.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the Mitigation and Construction Estimating Teams to enhance job efficiency and ensure smooth workflows.
• Team Management
  • Manage Construction Project Managers to ensure compliance with Team Wall policies and procedures.
  • Encourage and help plan the ongoing training of Construction Team members.
  • Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with each direct report.
  • Complete mid-year and year-end performance reviews for direct reports
• General
  • Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the individual Construction Team members.
