Ideal Siding is seeking a project operations lead to manage projects, support customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations on installation sites.

You will coordinate crews, liaise with homeowners, and optimize material orders and budgets while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Your role will focus on project management, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Here’s what a typical day might look like

• Morning Check‑In: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.
• Client Communication: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
• Midday Operations: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
• Problem‑Solving: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
• Daily Wrap‑Up: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
• Customer‑Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
• Tech‑savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
• Problem‑solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on‑site management.
• Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).
