Job summary

Renewyx, a national concrete and structural contractor, is seeking a Construction Operations Manager in Columbus, Ohio, on-site, to lead the project teams and own the project plan. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience on industrial/commercial projects over $1M, a CM/Engineering degree, and strong client communication.

You will oversee manpower, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive profitable project execution with strong on-site accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued over $1 million.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues directly with client management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency across Word, Excel and Outlook.

Construction Operations Manager | Columbus, Ohio | Up to $180,000

Renewyx has partnered with a national concrete and structural contractor supporting the search for a newly created Operations Manager role based in Columbus, Ohio.

This organization places more than 100 million square feet of concrete annually across industrial, healthcare, education and data center projects, and is growing its Columbus operations team as a result.

The role

The Operations Manager will supervise and develop the project team, set the overall project plan, and take ownership of communicating status to stakeholders. The role also manages manpower allocation and maintains the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
