Job summary

Renewyx is expanding its Columbus, Ohio operations and seeks an Operations Manager to lead a project team on large industrial and commercial programs. You will own the project plan, supervise staff, allocate resources, and maintain relationships with clients throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires deep construction project management experience, strong communication, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued over $1 million.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to resolve issues directly with client management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Construction Operations Manager | Columbus, Ohio | Up to $180,000

Renewyx has partnered with a national concrete and structural contractor supporting the search for a newly created Operations Manager role based in Columbus, Ohio.

This organization places more than 100 million square feet of concrete annually across industrial, healthcare, education and data center projects, and is growing its Columbus operations team as a result.

The role:

The Operations Manager will supervise and develop the project team, set the overall project plan, and take ownership of communicating status to stakeholders. The role also manages manpower allocation and maintains the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
• Experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued over $1 million
