Job summary

Knife River Materials in Medford, OR is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee all construction operations south of Roseburg, Oregon. Responsibilities

  • Lead construction operations from pre-construction planning through project completion.
  • Provide strategic oversight of scheduling, labor allocation, production, equipment utilization, and project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee development and execution of project schedules and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial reports, work-in-progress reports, and daily cost reports to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Champion a culture of safety by conducting safety meetings, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with Knife River's I Choose Safety programs.
  • Lead workforce planning, dispatching, recruiting, and team development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community partners, trade organizations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Complete operational, regulatory, and administrative documentation accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knife River Materials is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee all construction operations south of Roseburg, Oregon.
