You will oversee production teams, subcontractors, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role partners with executive leadership on strategic growth, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, with a focus on safety, compliance, and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading construction or restoration operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting and job costing.
• Experience developing and leading high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and metrics.
• Knowledge of insurance restoration processes.
• Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
