J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Construction Operations Director to provide senior management insights on progress in the Federal Government contracting unit worldwide. The role focuses on process and performance across six regions, guiding strategy and achieving annual operating plan goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 8 years' construction ops experience, and strong leadership with advanced data analytics. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 8 years working in Construction Operations required.
• Microsoft Certification preferred.
• Ability to be a team builder and leader.
• Advanced knowledge of construction operations.
• Advanced skills of processes and data analytics.
• Travel required 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President with the implementation of his vision and achievement of Business Unit-level goals and objectives.
• Provide oversight to the Vice President on all aspects of project execution and project health via Chair Monthly Program Reviews, Conducting site and office visits and overseeing the Risk Management program.
• Management of the Business Unit’s bonding and builders risk insurance program.
• Coordinate the efforts of the Business Unit staff via Bid and Proposal Reviews and Go/No-Go meetings regarding safety, and finance.
• Participates in strategic planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
