Job description

J&W Construction & Design Co. is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of our construction company.

This person will be responsible for running jobs from lead intake and estimating through completion, managing subcontractors and employees, communicating with clients, enforcing company systems and SOPs, and ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the company’s quality standards.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands construction hands‑on, knows how work should be performed, can train and direct field employees, and can hold subcontractors accountable. This person will not primarily be performing the physical labor majority of the time, but must have the field knowledge to inspect work, give direction, solve problems, and ensure quality.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
