Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
• Bachelor’s Degree or other continued education

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain construction loan budget estimates using Excel and construction software.
• Use Construction Software to create accurate takeoffs from Civil and Architectural plans.
• Manage overall construction loan budget estimating process by scheduling due dates; leading meetings; reviewing civil, administrative, and soft costs.
• Update finalized budget throughout active construction to accommodate contract overages and updated trends.
