Job summary

Triad Electric is seeking an Office Manager for our Chattanooga, TN office to oversee all Accounts Receivable functions and construction accounting tasks. The role requires working closely with the AP manager and project managers to ensure timely communication and accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) and strong attention to detail, with knowledge of Foundation accounting software.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software and financial statements
• Proficiency with Foundation software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage T&M invoicing to customers
• Handle all AIA billings and lien waivers required each month
• Journal entries in Foundation accounting software
• Handle all certified payroll reports
• Generate monthly aging reports and follow up with customers on collections
• Coordinate with CPA firm regarding TN Tap portal and tax filings
• Assist Project Managers with project closeout and documentation
