Job summary

Atlas is seeking an Office Engineer in Western Washington to support roadway construction inspections, safety adherence, reporting, and contractor oversight. You will help ensure compliance with contract and wage requirements and support the project team in Redmond, WA.

The role emphasizes independent reviews, documentation, and coordination with field staff to maintain quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Familiarity with web-based storage systems.
• Understanding of QC/QA, materials engineering, and construction activities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide independent review and assessment of deliverables during construction.
• Document reviews in published assessment reports.
• Review field or office activities for compliance with technical requirements.
• Assist field staff with document support and ensure document control compliance.
