Greystar is offering a 10‑week Summer Internship in multifamily construction, providing hands‑on experience on Greystar's portfolio of projects. You’ll work on site with a team, gaining exposure to project planning, controls, and quality management.

You will collaborate across Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations, and present a Final Capstone Project at the end of the program. Compensation is $27.50/hour for the internship period.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Architecture or related field.
• Graduating Dec 2027–May 2029.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction in quantity take offs, bid packages, solicit bids, and preparing estimates.
