Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is offering a Summer Internship Program that immerses you in the multifamily construction industry with hands-on work on Greystar's projects. As an in-house general contractor, expect a focus on communication, quality, and attention to detail on site.

You’ll support the project team in planning, takeoffs, estimates, and documentation, while gaining exposure across Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction in quantity take offs, bids, and estimates.
