Stfrancis is seeking interns in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering fields to support diverse project activities in Maumee, Ohio. The role involves creating startup checklists, organizing documentation, and coordinating pre-construction submittals essential for project success.

Ideal candidates are pursuing related degrees and must be U.S. citizens. On-site internship with exposure to real-world project delivery and client interactions is provided.

Formación

• Internship in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering fields.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Create project startup checklists, schedule kickoff meetings and follow up on deliverables.
• Set up file structures on the company system for project use.
• Set up and maintain project tracking systems.
• Assist in creating, editing, and tracking all project-related documentation.
• Review specifications to create, edit, and maintain submittal registers ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate pre-construction submittals including CQCP, Accident Prevention Plan, Demolition Plan, Environmental Protection Plan, and Waste Management Plan.
• Generate and track all project submittal documents and send to Quality Control Manager for approval.
• Assist project team with documentation and draft subcontract agreements for Project Manager review.
• Follow up with material/equipment vendors and subcontractors on project deliverables ensuring contract compliance.
• Assist in entering budgets and approved changes into the accounting program.
• Create and track RFIs and process Client change orders.
• Assist in generating project closeout documents and ensure contract requirement compliance.
• Compile information for project summaries upon completion with the Proposal team.
• Assist in generating DD1354 forms for client review and approval prior to project turnover.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
