• Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program throughout duration of experience.
• MIN- $28.62 per hour / MAX- $36.22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials, labor, and equipment for construction.
• Track costs and compare to budgets; maintain document control procedures.
• Prepare bid documents and assist with contract administration.
• Monitor contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Develop project management skills from scope, budget, and schedule development.
