Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation is seeking interns/co-ops for construction management roles in Findlay, Ohio. Interns participate as integral team members, making recommendations on project activities across diverse disciplines.

Responsibilities include planning/scheduling, cost tracking, document control, bid support, contractor performance, and schedule updates. MPC provides training and aims to develop interns into professional project managers for projects of all sizes.

Qualifications

• Desired majors: Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology or related disciplines
• Strong academic performance
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, indefinite basis without sponsorship
• Availability for multiple work terms preferred
• A valid driver's license required
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program during internship
• MIN- $28.62 per hour / MAX- $36.22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Apply principles from Construction Management/Project Controls to multiple projects
• Coordinate with contractors and construction specialists on industrial projects
• Develop project management skills across scope, budget, schedule, and startup
