Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation is seeking interns/co-ops for entry-level Construction Management/Project Controls roles in Findlay, Ohio. You will work on diverse projects, supporting planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and document control within large-scale facilities.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Construction Management related degrees, prepared to work full-time term commitments, and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Majors: Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, indefinite basis without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available for multiple work terms.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program throughout the duration.
• MIN- $28.62 per hour / MAX- $36.22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials, labor, and equipment for construction.
• Track and analyze costs and compare to budgets.
• Ensure document control procedures are followed and maintain an audit trail of major project decisions.
• Assist with bid preparation, award, and contract administration.
• Monitor contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Prepare schedule updates and critical path analyses.
