RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Mechanic in Heber City, UT to keep equipment reliable, safe, and ready for field challenges. Qualifications

  • Experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment, heavy machinery, or diesel equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
  • Comfortable with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals.
  • Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, or electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on construction equipment and vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues.
