Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Mechanic in Heber City, UT to keep equipment reliable, safe, and ready for field challenges. This hands-on role requires diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery, maintaining records, and coordinating with operators and project teams to minimize downtime.

You will use your strong mechanical knowledge, experience with diesel equipment, and problem-solving mindset to ensure quality workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment, heavy machinery, or diesel equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
• Comfortable with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals.
• Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, or electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
