Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc in Little Rock, AR seeks a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager to lead inspection and testing of materials on diverse sites, ensuring quality and safety of structures.

You will manage technicians, coordinate tests (concrete, asphalt, soils, aggregates), analyze data, and report findings to stakeholders. PE license preferred but not required; strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection.
• Proven leadership experience with mentoring teams.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and AASHTO testing methods.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and inspectors, ensuring safety and training.
• Oversee tests on concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, and more.
• Coordinate testing with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Stay updated on codes and regulations to ensure best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
