ECS Group of Companies seeks a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager I to join our Lubbockfield services team. You will manage projects from proposal through completion, coordinate field staff, and maintain strong client communication to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Eng or related field.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ASTM testing standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction materials testing projects from proposal to completion for low-complexity work.
• Review daily field reports and resolve technical/administrative issues.
• Manage budgets, invoices, pay apps, and collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders.
• Coordinate field staff and provide training and oversight.
• Communicate with clients on status and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely documentation.
