ECS Limited is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager I to join our Johnstown field services team. You will manage testing projects from proposal through completion, coordinate field staff, review reports, and maintain client communications.

Responsibilities include budgeting, proposals, change orders, and mentoring junior staff while upholding ECS Core Values. A BS in a related field and 2 years of experience are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years related experience required.
• BS in Civil/Construction Eng, Materials Science, Architectural Eng, or Geology.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials testing principles and ASTM standards.
• Ability to interpret field and laboratory testing results.
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules and deadlines.
• Developing client relationships and business development skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials testing software.
• Developing judgment and decision-making abilities.
• If driving for ECS, a valid driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Manages and executes CMT projects from proposal through completion for low-complexity work.
• Reviews daily field reports and resolves technical and administrative issues.
• Manages budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections.
• Prepares proposals and change orders.
• Supports testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, asphalt.
• Coordinates field staff and provides training and oversight.
• Communicates with clients on status and deliverables.
• Hosts or participates in project meetings with clients.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Ensures accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Performs other PM and technical duties as assigned.
