AIMRIGHT Testing and Engineering in Tulsa, OK seeks a CMT Manager to lead field and laboratory testing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This leadership role oversees staff, budgets, and project execution.

Responsibilities include managing proposals, scheduling, quality control, and reporting, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. A path for professional development and certifications is offered.

Competenze

• Five or more years of construction leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and client-relations skills.
• High School Diploma plus minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable all field and lab personnel.
• Oversee estimating, proposals, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation for growth.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety across field and lab operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the materials testing lab to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and support Field/Lab staff through training, certifications, and advancement.
• Monitor and improve gross margins across Field and Lab operations.
