Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead testing and inspection on diverse projects. You will supervise technicians, ensure compliance with standards, and provide technical guidance to clients and project teams.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, data analysis, and clear reporting while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance on-site across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection.
• Proven leadership abilities and mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and AASHTO testing methods and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and inspectors, ensuring training, development, and safety on-site.
• Oversee and conduct tests on concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, and more per standards and specs.
• Coordinate testing activities with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Analyze results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
