Job summary

AIMRIGHT Testing and Engineering seeks a CMT Director in Tulsa to lead field and laboratory operations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and personnel management across the team.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, budget management, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth, with a focus on delivering accurate testing services and maintaining high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and project management experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and client-relations skills.
• High School Diploma plus minimum 5 years of construction leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable all field and lab personnel.
• Oversee estimating, proposals, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure growth.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety across field and lab operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the materials testing lab to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and support Field/Lab staff through training, certifications, and career advancement.
• Monitor and improve gross margins across Field and Lab operations.
