Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred for advanced levels.
• Experience in field and lab testing is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and basic math skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Field & Lab Testing: testing concrete, asphalt, soil, and aggregates.
• Sample Collection & Prep: collect and prepare samples for analysis.
• Data Interpretation & Reporting: interpret results and prepare reports.
• Team Collaboration & Compliance: work with engineers, contractors, and project managers to meet specs and safety guidelines.
