Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to organize, purchase, and track materials for project completion. The role requires strong problem solving and effective communication with customers and peers.

Responsibilities include material availability analysis, vendor coordination, and ERP-based order placement, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery. GED or higher and SAP experience preferred; English/Spanish bilinguals encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of purchasing/materials/supply chain experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Analyze product and delivery systems to assess material availability.
• Coordinate approvals with Design when applicable.
• Ensure samples are available for designers and customers.
• Utilize ERP systems to place orders and track materials.
