Qualifications

• Experience in receiving documentation paperwork requirements.
• Proficient in organizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs material coordination at the jobsite to ensure accurate reporting of material and equipment statuses.
• Monitors inventory control mechanisms (min-max, bag-and-tag) and uses Supply Chain Automation tools.
• Allocates priorities to ensure material availability ahead of installation requirements.
• Coordinates material availability for design revisions, rework, or contingency plans.
• Participates in planning meetings to stay aligned with installation priorities.
• Coordinates with warehouse personnel to issue materials directly to the installation area.
