Ideal candidates have a foundation in science or engineering, up to 3 years of lab experience, and strong attention to detail, math, and clear communication. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a collaborative, safety‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Lab safety and procedural compliance required.
• Experience with cement, concrete, paints, coatings preferred.
• Willingness to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix samples per formulations.
• Perform tests to evaluate properties of construction materials.
• Analyze raw materials and assess compatibility with existing products.
• Keep detailed lab notebooks and digital results.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment following 5S.
• Communicate results clearly with team and leaders.
