Qualifications

• Science, engineering, or related degree; equivalent hands-on lab experience accepted.
• 0–3 years in labs or field applications for cement, paints, coatings, or construction materials.
• Strong attention to detail, math skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix samples according to detailed formulations.
• Perform tests to evaluate chemical and physical properties of construction materials.
• Analyze new raw materials and assess their compatibility with existing products.
• Keep detailed lab notebooks and digital records of results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused lab environment (5S principles).
• Communicate results clearly with team members and technical leaders.
