You will manage daily operations, assign workloads, review test results, and ensure compliance with ASTM standards and QMS.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, 4+ years of lab experience, and relevant Civil Engineering education. Candidates must lift up to 80 pounds and hold applicable certifications.

Qualificações

• 4 years of related experience.
• Basic certifications per ECS policy; advanced certifications for both soils and concrete labs if applicable.
• Valid driver's license for driving on behalf of ECS subsidiaries.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of lab testing methods, ASTM standards, and equipment.
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily lab operations, personnel, and workload distribution.
• Oversees testing, data interpretation, and report preparation.
• Ensures testing meets standards and quality requirements (ASTM, QA/QC).
• Maintains equipment calibration schedules and records.
• Leads recruiting and staffing with leadership; supports PMs and admin.
• Promotes safety culture and compliance with QMS and accreditation.
• Participates in business development and client relations as needed.
• Occasionally performs lab testing and technician duties.
