Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in the United States seeks a senior leader to oversee the materials testing laboratory and drive growth.

You will mentor a team, manage projects, review reports, prepare proposals, and support marketing through client interactions. A high school diploma or GED and 12+ years in construction materials testing or inspections are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ years of experience in Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, or equivalent.
• If driving for ECS subsidiaries, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the department for growth with emphasis on marketing and business development.
• Oversee materials testing and all laboratory operations.
• Lead and mentor a team, oversee projects, review reports, prepare proposals, manage P&L, and support senior staff in marketing client services.
• Manage departmental P&L and assist senior staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.

• Other responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, overseeing projects, performing report reviews, preparing proposals, managing departmental P&L,and assisting other senior staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
