Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a senior leader to supervise the materials testing department and drive growth across marketing and business development. The role may oversee all laboratory operations and lead key projects while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality reports for clients.

The incumbent will manage department P&L, prepare proposals, and collaborate with senior staff to market ECS services, maintaining strong client relationships and expanding the service footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ years of experience in Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience.

• May oversee and lead the materials testing and all laboratory operations.
• Lead and mentor a team, oversee projects, perform report reviews, prepare proposals, manage departmental P&L, and assist senior staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.

• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required
