ECS Limited in South Daytona, FL is seeking an experienced CMT Department Manager to lead the construction materials testing group, ensuring project delivery, staff development, client satisfaction, and growth.

You will direct engineers, project managers, and technicians, own the department's P&L, budgets, and KPIs, and oversee safety, quality, and compliance while aligning with company standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience with a degree or 10 years of related experience without a degree.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license preferred
