Job summary

Terracon in Woodway, TX is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Engineering Project Manager to lead multi-faceted projects from planning through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client communications while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, directing resources, and ensuring quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or geology with 5+ years’ related experience, or 9+ years without a degree.
Valid driver’s license; may require acceptable driving history.
Professional registration (PE/PG) preferred for project management roles.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized project and ensure safe completion on time within scope and budget.
Lead meetings, prepare reports, and communicate status to client and project team.
Coordinate with APR and accounting for invoicing, change orders and collections.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and forecasts; allocate resources and oversee external vendors/contractors.
Promote safety and quality monitoring; ensure compliance with safety plans and risk policies.
