Job summary

McCrea Equipment Company, INC. is seeking a Delivery Driver in Warrenton, VA to transport materials and equipment to construction sites and designated locations. You will operate company vehicles, load and unload materials, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a DOT medical card, and willingness to work overtime. Schedule is Monday–Friday with early start times and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid DOT medical card required, or ability to obtain medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to construction sites and designated locations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload bundles of pipe, flues, line sets, HVAC components, and other construction materials using safe handling practices.
• Follow all applicable DOT requirements, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Perform required vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and delivery routes are planned for safe and efficient transportation.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe condition and maintain DOT documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and construction personnel.
• Wear company-provided PPE and follow safety practices during deliveries and site work.
