Couriers at M.C. Dean, Inc. move materials from the warehouse and vendors to job sites across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. You will confirm deliveries, relay messages, and support inter-divisional communications.

This is a physically demanding role; you will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate construction areas while maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Requires a clean driving record and knowledge of surrounding area roads.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from warehouse and vendors to job sites.
• Confirm deliveries with the corporate office after each route.
• Deliver messages and packages between company divisions and job sites.
• Obtain signatures and arrange payments as needed.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Receive and relay delivery-related information via phone or radio.
• Record delivery details and recipient responses.
• Sort items according to delivery routes.
