Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Atlanta to support winning new work, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the company’s image under the Marketing Director’s guidance. The role requires coordinating regional teams to develop proposals, brochures, and digital materials.

Responsibilities include researching market opportunities, creating pursuit documents (RFPs/RFQs), coordinating trade shows, and managing marketing content storage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and at least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Some construction industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, social media, and Prophet CRM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services and capabilities and those of competitors.
• Develop professional project pursuit documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and Statements of Qualification.
• Assist in the development, production, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage a centralized system for storage and retrieval of client and marketing information (Prophet).
• Conduct research on market opportunities, trends, and competitors, and recommend strategies to win profitable business.
• Develop publicity programs and press releases through trade journals, social media, and other publications.
• Identify and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conventions, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Other related duties.
