Job summary

Aktion Associates is hiring for a Project Manager with strong Acumatica experience to drive ERP implementations and financial accounting excellence. The role is remote within the United States, with up to 30% travel to client sites.

You will manage service delivery, oversee resource planning, and ensure project scopes and timelines are defined with clear risk management. A performance‑based year‑end bonus and a comprehensive benefits plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Acumatica experience.
• 3+ years in Project Accounting.
• 5+ years in leading ERP implementations.
• 5+ years in financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Acumatica in order to meet individual billable target.
• Provide guidance and making informed decisions, along with managing the backlog and making project assignments for the service delivery team.
• Oversee the teams resource planning and lead a regular cadence stand‑up meeting.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as managing project risks.
• Complete invoices edit & approval for the service delivery team.
• Participate in account management.
