Job summary

Aktion Associates is seeking a Construction ERP Senior Consultant to lead and support client software implementations from a remote-friendly location in Canada. You will ensure client satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine/Visual, plus strong accounting/financial skills and construction-industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Construction ERP Software (Acumatica preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client software implementations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.

Construction ERP Senior Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and support client software implementations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction

Education, Experience and Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience within one of the following Construction ERP Software:

• Acumatica (preferred)
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Epicor
• Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual

• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill
• Construction Industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred

Location

• Work from home
• Mid-west preferred with travel up to 20-30%

Salary Range

$80,000-$120,000
