Overview

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to join our wireless division - based out of our Colorado, Idaho, or Utah market, to manage the daily operations of work performed by crews and subcontractors in the construction, installation, and testing of all project-related Telecom projects including cell tower build/sites; as well as execute all pre-construction due diligence, punch walks for construction complete projects, and review site closeouts for client related documents.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule Civil/Tower Crews on Assigned sites.
  • Perform pre-construction walks, as needed, with property owners/landlords (CD’s/Structurals/30 days Prior to Construction Start/Access Issues) Cross reference scope of work, including CD’s/Structurals/RFDS to ensure they are matching and constructable.
  • Coordinate with Scoping/Construction PM on missing/incorrect material - ensure that the correct/missing material is scoped/ordered and makes it to the crew.
  • Ensure subcontractors are working safely, performing quality work, and correcting any VQA/punch items deficiencies in a timely fashion.
  • Complete On-Site Job Safety Analysis on all crews performing construction activities on your assigned sites.
  • Responsible for completing tower owner close outs.
  • Responsible for ensuring building permits are closed out and turned into the scoping team for confirmation.
  • Responsible for ensuring all as built/redlined construction documents are complete and accurate (RFDS/CDs/Structurals etc.)- ensure that it gets to internal Scoping/Quality/Document Team
  • Responsible for coordinating/obtaining POR’s for Cranes, Lifts, Battery removals by qualified vendors (when required).
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of wireless construction background as well as site management experience preferred (AT&T experience a plus)
  • Must consider Safety and Quality Top Priority
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/Documents (CDs, Structural Analysis, Mount Analysis, RFDS)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Quickbase.
  • Willing to travel throughout the assigned Market.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
