Job summary

HanmiGlobal America is seeking a Construction Manager to drive site productivity on a semiconductor facilities project, coordinating with the Design-Builder and contractors to manage logistics, safety, commissioning, and inter-contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree preferred.
• Minimum 25+ years' experience in design and construction of semiconductor or advanced technology facilities.
• Experience as a superintendent/lead supervisor on large projects.
• Bilingual English-Korean for technical communication.
• Strong lean construction knowledge (Last Planner) and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Conditions budget for the overall program.
• Update and maintain project-wide logistics plan.
• Maintain a construction head count estimate and gap analyses; implement gap closing plans.
• Prepare and implement a workforce development program based on gap analysis.
• Ensure long lead equipment purchases identified, budgeted, and completed using CPM.
• Collaborate with schedule group to develop an L3 construction schedule during Programming.
• Provide constructability input for the design.
• Develop a complete project training plan for the construction workforce.
• Ensure offices, trailer yard, and space are available for stakeholders.
