Job summary

Clearwaters.IT is seeking a Construction Manager in Honolulu, HI to oversee reconstruction and renovation projects for existing buildings and new solar PV and MEP works.

You will manage projects from kickoff to completion, coordinate with developers and owners, ensure adherence to plans and timelines, assess existing systems, and monitor costs for mechanical work, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• BSCE or BSSE 4 Year Degree.
• 3-5 Years in Construction Project Management.
• Roofing/Waterproofing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from start to finish.
• Interacting with Developers and Owners.
• Ensuring the contractor follows project plans and timeline.
• Assisting with due diligence of existing systems and recommending repairs.
• Maintaining a good handle on construction and repair costs associated with mechanical work.
