Job summary

Clearwaters.IT is seeking a Construction Manager in Honolulu, HI to oversee reconstruction and renovation projects for existing buildings and new solar PV and MEP works.

You will manage projects from kickoff to completion, coordinate with developers and owners, ensure adherence to plans and timelines, assess existing systems, and monitor costs for mechanical work, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• BSCE or BSSE 4 Year Degree.
• 3-5 Years in Construction Project Management.
• Roofing/Waterproofing knowledge.

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Manager to help them manage complex reconstruction and renovation projects for existing buildings and new projects such as Solar PV and MEP at their Honolulu, HI office.

$25.00 hourly
