Job summary

General Kinematics Vibrating Equipment is seeking a Construction Manager to lead new construction and installation projects. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure quality and timeline adherence, while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires site visits, safety compliance, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 70–80% may be necessary; remote work options are available where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing new construction and equipment installations.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies; blueprint reading (AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects and installations, coordinating with project team and vendors.
• Site visits to oversee installation, commissioning, and closeouts.
• Monitor quality, safety inspections, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project resources.
• Maintain SOW and project documentation; liaise with stakeholders.
