Job summary

Larimer County is seeking a Construction Manager to support Phase II of The Ranch project, coordinating site, civil, and vertical infrastructure from planning through closeout. You will work with architects, engineers, contractors, and County staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role offers hands-on involvement in complex projects within a year‑round events complex, requiring strong communication and collaborative problem‑solving.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of CM I experience in Larimer County or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of construction project oversight, coordination, controls, and closeout.
• Engage with project teams during design and construction, review progress and coordinate with partners.
• Maintain accurate construction records: minutes, as-builts, submittals, logs, RFIs, reports.
