Job summary

The Ranch in Loveland, CO, seeks a Civil Engineer to manage complex site/civil and vertical infrastructure projects on a year‑round events campus. You’ll guide planning, design, and construction while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

With 8+ years of engineering experience and a Colorado PE, you’ll lead project oversight, budgeting, and contract administration in a dynamic public sector setting that blends events with community

Qualifications

• Eight years of engineering experience with at least two years in project management.
• P.E. license in Colorado or ability to transfer a license from another state.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, budgeting, coordination, and closeout of engineering projects per requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate activities with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead procurement documents, RFIs, RFQs, and consultant/contractor selection processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project records including minutes, submittals, and daily logs.
• Perform daily field inspections to verify conformance with plans and standards.
• Coordinate with Ranch operations to minimize disruption to events.
