Job summary

Neeljym Search Group is seeking a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to lead data center construction projects from ground-up to live. You will own site work, infrastructure, ductwork, and water/waste scopes on mission-critical builds with 18–24 month timelines.

Expectation includes managing teams, coordinating MEP-heavy scopes, and maintaining schedule and budget while traveling 2–4 days per month nationally. A developer-backed firm offers strong compensation and growth opportunities.

• 5+ years managing large commercial or industrial projects ($20M–$100M+)
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial builds
• Comfortable managing site work, infrastructure, and MEP-heavy scopes

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee site work, infrastructure, ductwork and water/waste for mission-critical builds
• Lead and inspire project teams; coordinate with各 stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget across multi-site data center constructions
• Collaborate with owners, developers, and contractors to resolve issues and optimize constructability
