Job summary

LeoForce in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a mid-level Construction Project Manager to oversee the full project life cycle from planning to commissioning.

You will read blueprints, manage budgets, lead teams, negotiate contracts, and report updates to clients and leadership, with strong communication and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management and construction management.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and basic accounting.
• Excellent negotiation skills with track record.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PM software tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
