Qualifications

• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to, validate, and sign off on proposals and specs.
• Set project timelines and manage budgets and profitability.
• Coordinate with program managers, sales, and Tremco teams.
• Oversee subcontracts, pre-bid and pre-construction activities.
• Review bids and approve proposals for submission.
