Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects from proposals to close-out.
• Strong cost estimation, scheduling, and change order experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; effective communicator with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual, design, and construction phases with project teams.
• Prepare and validate proposals, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage subcontractors, project scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Oversee project billings, change orders, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, sales, service support, and customers.
• Perform site visits and audits; maintain required project documentation.
